abstract It provides a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in heat resistance and impregnation into a reinforcing fiber substrate, and is applied to a material for molding fiber-reinforced plastics. It is used as a matrix resin of a material for fiber-reinforced plastic molding, and includes a phenoxy resin (A) and a polyamide resin (B), and the mass ratio of the phenoxy resin (A) and the polyamide resin (B) ((A)/(B) )) is 10/90 to 90/10, and the melt viscosity is 300pa·s or more and 3,000pa·s or less in any one of 160 to 280°C. A material for molding fiber-reinforced plastics, wherein at least a part of the surface of the reinforcing fiber base material is coated with the thermoplastic resin composition, and the interfacial shear strength with the reinforcing fiber measured by the microdroplet method is 30 MPa or more.
