titleOfInvention | High performance rubber adhesive composition using modified graphene |
abstract | The present invention aims to provide a high-performance rubber adhesive composition containing modified graphene in order to secure the adhesion technology of low nitrile NBR rubber and HNBR synthetic rubber that satisfies low-temperature requirements, and includes hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR). A rubber compound (1) consisting of 60 to 90 parts by weight and a solvent compound (2) containing 10 to 40 parts by weight of a noblock-based waste nool resin and modified graphene. The high-performance rubber adhesive composition using the modified graphene according to the present invention has an adhesive property that can perform the adhesive process at high temperature of the low nitrile HNBR synthetic rubber adhesive that satisfies the low temperature requirement, and the adherend of the adhesive (Fe, SUS Etc.) is easy to separate, preventing the generation of waste and recycling adherends (Fe, SUS, etc.), which is advantageous industrially. |
