titleOfInvention Method for preparing vesicles by delivery of RNA nanoparticles and vesicles prepared therefrom
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing vesicles through the delivery of a nanoparticles, and to the vesicles prepared therefrom, more specifically, by delivering messenger RNA nanoparticles for expression of a target protein to cells, overexpressing proteins locally in cells. It is possible to easily mass-produce vesicles containing the target protein by releasing them out of the cell through the endoplasmic reticulum, obtain vesicles containing the target protein regardless of the cell type, and increase the concentration of messenger RNA nanoparticles delivered to the cell. By controlling the amount of vesicles produced and the time of vesicle production, it is possible to obtain a vesicle that has the surface properties of a specific function while carrying the target protein by transferring messenger RNA nanoparticles after modifying the cell surface. A method for producing a endoplasmic reticulum through a nanoparticle delivery capable of obtaining a endoplasmic reticulum carrying a target DNA or RNA delivered in a cell as well as a target protein without a process, and a vesicle prepared therefrom.
