abstract The present invention relates to bacterial cell membrane adherent bioactive free nanoparticles comprising SiO 2, CaO, and AgO, having a particle size of 1 to 100 nm, and having mesoporous pores. Simultaneous delivery of stimulating stem cells to differentiate the cells of infected hard tissue and at the same time has the effect of protecting the hard tissue from bacteria. In addition, by controlling the size of the free nanoparticles to a nano size, the free nanoparticles are attached to the cell membrane of the bacteria, it is possible to efficiently transfer ions and antimicrobial drugs into the bacteria.
