abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing surface-aminated mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles capable of effectively delivering biomolecules such as drugs or genes and a biomolecule carrier composition comprising nanoparticles prepared by the above method. Accordingly, the surface aminated mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles have a small particle size of 70 nm to 110 nm on average, a uniform pore size and a high specific surface area, thereby improving the biomolecule loading and emission efficiency. Accordingly, the biomolecule carrier composition comprising the surface aminated mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles of the present invention can be usefully applied to biomolecule delivery systems or systems such as drugs or genes. |
