abstract | The present invention relates to a serine protease inhibiting peptide derived from rice grains, an antibacterial and antifungal use including the peptide as an active ingredient, and various applications thereof. When the serine protease inhibiting peptide derived from the bean curd of the present invention was used as an active ingredient, it was confirmed that the activity of the plasmin was inhibited and the anti-fibrinolytic action was effected to have a blood coagulation effect. In addition, it inhibits the activity of subtilisin A and protease K and exhibits an antibacterial or antifungal effect, and thus can be usefully used in the related pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. |
