Serine protease inhibitory protein derived from native bees with elastase inhibitory activity, and composition for inhibiting inflammation comprising the same as an active ingredient |
abstract |
The present invention is a native bee ( Apis) having an elastase inhibitory activity The present invention relates to a serine protease inhibitory protein derived from cerana ) and a composition for inhibiting inflammation comprising the same as an active ingredient, and comprising a polypeptide constituting a serine protease inhibitory protein derived from native bee of the present invention and a polynucleotide encoding the same. Serine protease inhibitory protein can be mass-produced, and the serine protease inhibitory protein derived from native bees has excellent elastase inhibitory activity and can be usefully used as an inhibitor of inflammation. |
