abstract |
The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody or fragment thereof that recognizes and specifically binds an extracellular site of the entothelin receptor A to an antigen. The present invention also relates to a method for screening antibodies or fragments thereof that specifically recognize an extracellular site of a GPCR as an antigen. The screening method of the present invention can be utilized for the elucidation of an antibody specifically binding to the extracellular part of the GPCR, and the antibody digested through this method can be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for hypertension or cancer associated with the entitled receptor A . |
