More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for improving atherosclerosis or blood circulation using a biologically-transformed ocher fermentation extract. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for fermentation of ocher fermented by biosynthesis using Aspergillus sp. The present inventors have found that the inhibition of platelet aggregation and blood coagulation and antithrombotic effect can be achieved by inhibiting the migration of smooth muscle cells and the expression of angiogenic factors which cause platelet aggregation and blood coagulation, Can be provided as an effective therapeutic agent for arteriosclerosis and a hemostatic agent. |
