titleOfInvention The mixture for changing from a white rice into a red rice
abstract The present invention relates to a process for producing color-converted rice in which the color of rice is changed to red when rice is cooked by applying heat to white rice. It is not a red rice from the beginning, but it is a new technology that changes the color of rice to red rice (rice) when it is cooked by applying heat, though it exists as white rice at first. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel functional rice which can be mass-produced at an inexpensive price, has no harmful effect on the human body, and has an anticancer effect. In addition, the main purpose is to provide a color conversion rice in which the color changes to red when rice is first applied, though it is white rice. The color conversion rice according to the present invention utilizes a mixed composition composed of "Sodium selenite, Nicotinic acid amide, and Pteroylglutamic acid". The color conversion rice is prepared by coating the mixed composition according to the present invention on a common white rice. When the white rice is coated using the above-described mixed composition, the color of the rice changes from white to red when the rice is heated by applying heat though it is white rice at first. The color-changing rice according to the present invention has an anticancer effect and a high antioxidative effect.
