abstract | Disclosed are an amino acid coating liquid composition, a functional rice containing the same, and a method of preparing the same, which are coated on the surface of rice to enhance nutritional value, provide essential amino acids, and improve shelf life. To this end, the present invention provides an amino acid coating liquid composition comprising alginic acid, agar, antioxidant, seasoning aqueous solution, essential amino acid mixture, synthetic calcium, wetting agent, drying agent, and water, and functional rice containing the same, and a method of preparing the same. According to the present invention, the taste and nutritional value of the rice is improved, and the shelf life is increased two to three times or more. And because it is not synthesized at all in the body, or even if it is synthesized, it is possible to consume essential amino acids, which must be taken as food, through food, which is the basis of meals, rather than separate foods. |
