abstract By weight of mugwort seasoning solution is added to 100 parts by weight of a mixed composition of sugar, sorbitol, salt and syrup, and a preparation method of a rockfish gun feel using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a seasoning solution for manufacturing a new Korean rockfish gun fur, which can enhance antioxidative and microbial inhibitory effects and improve taste and flavor by using sea breeze wormwood, and a method for manufacturing a rockfish gun fur using such a seasoning liquid.
