abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer fiber using a microfluidic device, and more particularly, to a method for producing a polymer fiber by injecting a precursor solution and a cross-linking solution into a microfluidic device, comprising the steps of: (1) Preparing a template cross-linking solution comprising a precursor solution comprising an alginate and a photoinitiator and a metal cation; (2) injecting the precursor solution and the template crosslinking solution into the microfluidic device to produce a metal-alginate mold; (3) photopolymerizing the monomer in the mold by irradiating the mold with a light source to produce a crosslinked polymer-casting mold composite fiber; And (4) preparing a crosslinked polymeric fiber by reacting the crosslinked polymer-castable composite fiber with the chelating agent to remove the template from the crosslinked polymeric-template. |
