Finishing compositions provide improved appearance and texture effects to under-skin care products. The finisher composition is an oil-in-water emulsion comprising 10-25% by weight of substantially spherical starch particles having an average particle size of 5-30 [mu] m. The oil phase of the finisher comprises a nonvolatile oil present in an amount providing a weight ratio of nonvolatile oil to starch particles of from 1:10 to 3: 2. The aqueous phase of the finisher comprises 20 to 85% by weight of water. |
