abstract |
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a starch, a cationic copolymer having monomeric units which are acryloylethyl tri (C 1 -C 3 alkyl) ammonium salts and a cosmetically acceptable carrier. The composition of the present invention is used to impart a glow to the skin with a soft focus effect. Most preferred cationic copolymers are acrylamide / acryloylethyl trimethylammonium chloride / tris (hydroxymethyl) acrylamidomethane copolymers. |
