(CtDNA) using localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and plasmon coupling phenomenon of gold nanoparticles in a tumor-specific mutant and metastatic genetic mutation. According to the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously detect mutations and epigenetic mutations of circulating tumor DNA present in a very low concentration in blood, and simultaneously detect various biomarkers existing in a low concentration in the body. |
