abstract The present invention relates to a biomaterial detection method using Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) of gold nanoparticles, wherein the gold nanoparticles are immobilized on a glass plate and then subjected to maximum wavelength change through antigen-antibody reaction. It is a method to diagnose biomaterials. Sensors using this method are highly sensitive, inexpensive and can be diagnosed in a short time, making it possible to apply not only disease diagnosis but also various biological fields such as environmental pollutants and pathogens. It is a technology that can make sensors of higher sensitivity.
