abstract The present invention relates to a quantitative analysis method using a Mali mass spectrometry method for controlling laser pulse energy. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for measuring MALDI mass spectra, comprising the steps of: (i) controlling the intensity of energy applied to a sample mixed with a predetermined amount of matrix and a predetermined amount of sample to obtain MALDI mass spectra having a constant TIC; And (ii) measuring a value (ion signal ratio) obtained by dividing the sample ion signal intensity by the matrix ion signal intensity in the MALDI mass spectra obtained in the step (i), wherein the ratio of the ion signal (Concentration ratio) obtained by dividing the concentration by the concentration of the matrix, and measuring the equilibrium constant of the proton exchange reaction between the matrix and the sample at a constant temperature. The present invention also relates to a method for obtaining a calibration curve for MALDI quantitative analysis and a method for quantitative analysis of a sample using MALDI mass spectrometry.
