abstract |
The present invention provides a polyarylene-based resin composition excellent in impact strength without deteriorating other physical properties, and particularly relates to a polyarylene-based resin composition having durability against the phenomenon of water hammer and suitable for parts for water heater and boiler piping The present invention relates to a composition comprising 57 to 69.9% by weight of a polyarylene resin, 1 to 9% by weight of an elastomer, 0.1 to 1% by weight of an epoxy compound and 25 to 34% by weight of a filler. According to the present invention, a polyarylene-based resin having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, having high mechanical strength but having a brittleness that is easily broken due to its low impact strength, particularly polyphenylene sulfide resin is mixed with an elastomer in an amount of 1 to 9% Is mixed in an optimal amount within a range of 5 to 9% by weight, and reinforced with a filler, thereby effectively improving the impact strength without significantly deteriorating other physical properties. |
