abstract A polyarylene sulfide resin composition having excellent water resistance and durability is provided. The composition contains (A) polyarylene sulfide, (B) an elastomer and (C) a compatibilizer, and the amount of the component (B) in the total weight of the components (A) and (B) is 5% by weight. % Polyarylene sulfide resin composition. Since the polyarylene sulfide resin composition has high weld strength and water pressure resistance without deteriorating the inherent properties of the polyarylene sulfide, it is suitable for use in water-drain parts.
