abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for forming a conductive pattern. The method for forming the conductive pattern according to the present invention includes a groove forming step of forming a groove on a substrate to reduce the width of at least part of a section from the surface in a depth direction, a filling step of filling the groove with conductive ink compositions, and a dry step of drying a solvent included in the conductive ink composition in the groove to be volatilized. Therefore, according to the present invention, provided are the method for forming the conductive pattern and the conductive pattern, capable of improving processing efficiency by changing the shape of a fine groove formed on the substrate and easily controlling an electrical property and an optical property by controlling the component of the conductive ink composition at the same time. |
