The present invention provides a method for producing a functional wool fermenting gel having antioxidative, moisturizing and antibacterial activity using probiotic lactic acid bacteria, and a functional wool fermenting gel having antioxidative, moisturizing and antibacterial activity produced by the method. According to the method of the present invention, a phytonutrient ganoderma was fermented with a probiotic lactic acid bacterium to produce curcumin, an antioxidant, and Ar-turmerone, a moisturizing ingredient, -step filtration system), which is superior in moisture and antioxidant effect.
