The present invention relates to a method for producing an organophosphorus hydrolase (OPH) having increased water-soluble expression, and more particularly, to a method for producing OPH from Flavobacterium sp. and a method for producing an organophosphorus hydrolase which is characterized in that it is expressed in Escherichia coli in a form associated with a fusion partner. According to the present invention, a recombinant organophosphorus decomposing enzyme, which is usually expressed in an insoluble state in host cells, can be produced in a highly water-soluble and highly active state, and is useful for mass production of commercially useful organophosphorus decomposing enzymes. |
