abstract The present invention relates to a method for quantitatively analyzing deacetylation activity of SIRT7 protein using fluorescence polarization and a method for screening inhibitors inhibiting the activity using the analyzing method and, more specifically, to a method for quantitatively analyzing the complex formation by preparing peptide comprising 18 acetylated lysine of histone H3 protein labeled with a fluorescent probe and then measuring the binding condition between the fluorescence-labeled peptide and SIRT7 using a fluorescence polarization value; and a method for screening inhibitors inhibiting the deacetylation activity of the SIRT7 using the analyzing method. The analyzing method of the present invention can be useful for screening many kinds of drugs inhibiting binding of anticancer drugs or differentiation inducers by providing a new method to quantitatively analyze the activity of the SIRT7 protein which is an important mechanism in cancer cells.
