abstract |
The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis detection kit comprising a fluorescent compound that specifically binds to pyridoxine kinase expressed from the thiD gene of Bacillus subtilis and a Bacillus subtilis detection method using the same. According to one embodiment, the methods and kits of the invention comprise 3 ', 6'-bis (acetyloxy) -5- (chloromethyl) -spiro (isobenzofuran-1 (3H), 9'-(9H) xanthene Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus by detecting pyridoxine kinases expressed from thiD gene of Bacillus subtilis that specifically bind By distinguishing cereus , it is possible to provide easy, fast and accurate identification results. |
