The glycosylated hemoglobin and proteolytic enzyme in the hemoglobin-containing sample are reacted in the presence of at least one selected from the group consisting of pyridinium salts, phosphonium salts, imidazolium salts and isoquinolinium salts, and the resulting reaction product is a fructosyl peptide. A method for measuring glycated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample, characterized by measuring the hydrogen peroxide produced by reacting an oxidase. The present invention provides a method for accurately measuring glycated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample. |
