titleOfInvention Light emitting device
abstract PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent a current crowding phenomenon by relatively reducing the resistance of a first conductive semiconductor layer through a concave part formed on the upper surface of the first conductive semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A second conductive semiconductor layer (116) is formed on a second electrode layer (120). An active layer (114) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A first conductive semiconductor layer (112) is formed on the active layer. A first electrode (140) is formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer. A concave part is formed on the upper surface of the first conductive semiconductor layer exposed between the first electrodes.
