abstract The present invention relates to a method for measuring the structural change of albumin, the reagent used for the measurement and albumin denaturation detection kit comprising the reagent. The detection method of the present invention can not only rapidly detect albumin denaturation by using a change in binding force between metal ions and albumin, but also analyze a small amount of samples by optimizing experimental conditions, thereby allowing commercialized 96-well plates and absorbance. Using a photometer, time-efficient parallel analysis is possible, which can be widely used for the purpose of research that is difficult for quality control or sampling of albumin preparation process.
