titleOfInvention Light emitting device package and lighting device
abstract The present invention relates to a light emitting device package, comprising: a body including a cavity, at least one light emitting device disposed in the cavity, a zener diode disposed in the cavity, a first protrusion between the light emitting device and the zener diode A light emitting device package including a second protrusion facing the first protrusion, and a cavity resin material covering the light emitting device and filling the cavity, are provided around the light emitting device. Therefore, when forming a zener diode in a region adjacent to the light emitting device, a projection may be formed between the zener diode and the light emitting device to reduce the light absorbed by the zener diode, thereby increasing the amount of light. In addition, by forming a protrusion on the opposite side of the light emitting device to correspond to the protrusion, the same protrusion is formed around the light emitting device so that the amount of light reflected on both sides is uniformly adjusted, thereby improving reliability.
