Containers and methods for dispensing multiple portions of concentrated liquids, and concentrated liquids that can be stored at room temperature |
abstract |
Generally consistent discharge over a range of compressive forces, generally consistent discharge by the same force, which does not significantly depend on the amount of liquid concentrate in the container, substantially no drop or leak-proof outlet opening, when the liquid concentrate collides with the target liquid Dispensing a liquid concentrate utilizing one or more desirable properties including a jet that minimizes splash and a jet that maximizes mixing between the liquid concentrate and the target liquid to produce a generally homogeneous mixture without the use of external equipment or shaking Containers and methods are provided. Also provided is a liquid beverage concentrate that can be cold filled in packaging while maintaining room temperature storage stability for at least 12 months at ambient temperature. The concentrate may have a combination of low pH and high alcohol content, such as a pH of less than 3.5 and an alcohol content of more than 5% by weight. |
