Prostate Cancer Specific SiRNA Transporters |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a prostate cancer cell-specific siRNA transporter based on polymer dextran, and more specifically, prostate cancer cells by cross-linking a peptide (DUP-1) and siRNA that specifically bind to prostate cancer cells to polymer dextran. The present invention relates to siRNA carriers capable of selectively delivering siRNA. The siRNA delivery agents according to the present invention reduce cytotoxicity due to the combination and binding methods of certain components, and have improved accuracy in delivering siRNA specifically for the cell. |
