titleOfInvention | Construction of azelaxanthin A metabolic circuit and synthesis of azelaxanthin A through Escherichia coli |
abstract | The present invention is a method for producing azelaxanthin A from E. coli transformed with the vector, E. coli transformed with the vector and E. coli to produce a rare carotene azelaxanthin A, which is rare in nature. More specifically, it relates to the beta-carotene desaturase (CrtU) gene represented by SEQ ID NO: 5 and to the beta-carotene hydroxylase represented by SEQ ID NO: 6 (β-carotene hydroxylase; CrtZ) It relates to a vector for transformation comprising a gene and E. coli transformed therewith and a method for producing azeaxanthin A from the E. coli. When using the transformation vector according to the present invention it is possible to produce azeaxanthin A, which is a caroteneoid which is difficult to obtain in nature in E. coli, with higher efficiency, and the produced azeaxanthin A can be usefully used in various fields. |
