titleOfInvention Young-Chul Iron Manufacturing Equipment and Manufacturing Method of Young-Chul Iron
abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing ductile iron and a method for manufacturing ductile iron using the same, and more particularly, to transfer iron oxides such as FeO, Fe 2 O 3 , and Fe 3 O 4 generated from by-products and other natural products of the steel industry. The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method capable of manufacturing zero iron by contacting with a high temperature reducing gas while stirring. The apparatus for producing ductile iron of the present invention includes a reactor in which an inlet pipe through which iron oxide is introduced is formed on one side and an outlet tube through which the reduced iron duct is discharged on the other side, and a heater installed in the reactor and heating the inside of the reactor, and iron oxide. A reducing gas supply unit for supplying a reducing gas for reducing into the reactor, a feeding screw installed in the reactor and contacting the reducing gas by stirring iron oxide introduced into the reactor, and being connected to the feeding screw And a driving unit for rotating the screw.
