abstract More particularly, the present invention relates to an iron oxide reducing apparatus and a reducing method for producing zero valent iron, and more particularly, to a method of reducing iron oxide such as FeO, Fe 2 O 3 , Fe 3 O 4 , Iron oxide reduction apparatus and a reduction method capable of easily producing iron. The iron oxide reduction apparatus for producing zero valent iron according to the present invention comprises: a tubular reactor having an inlet pipe through which iron oxide is introduced at an upper portion thereof and an outlet pipe through which reduced zero valent iron is discharged; An iron oxide fixing unit for fixing the iron oxide introduced through the inlet pipe to the inside of the reactor; and a reducing gas supply unit for supplying a reducing gas for reducing iron oxide to the inside of the reactor.
