abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an element sorting apparatus, and more particularly, to an element sorting apparatus for automatically classifying an element such as a semiconductor chip according to classification criteria.n n n The present invention includes an element processing unit for receiving the first elements loaded on the tray and inserting them into the burn-in board, withdrawing the second elements loaded on the burn-in board and loading them on the tray; A sorting unit for classifying at least one kind of elements among the first and second elements of the element processing unit into good and bad parts; A tray processing unit disposed at one side of the device processing unit to supply a tray on which first devices are stacked, and a tray on which second devices are loaded from the device processing unit; A board processing unit arranged on the other side of the device processing unit opposite to the tray processing unit to draw a burn-in board loaded with first elements from the device processing unit, and supply a burn-in board with second elements loaded to the device processing unit; A device sorting apparatus is disclosed. |
