abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for processing porcine cornea using NaCl aqueous solution and trypsin / EDTA aqueous solution for decellularization of the extracted porcine cornea. Porcine cornea processed by the method of the present invention did not cause inflammation or immune response after transplantation. Porcine corneal stroma decellularized by the method of the present invention was characterized by recellularization with host corneal stromal cells after transplantation. |
