abstract PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis wine is provided to give effective ingredients and good flavor with high preference. CONSTITUTION: An Artemisia princeps var. orientalis contains various minses, inorganic material, isocoumarin, coumarin, diterpene, lactone, rutin and essential oil. The linoleic acid and the essential fatty acid palmitic acid are contained abundantly. A manufacturing method of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis wine comprises: a step of pre-processing rice and inoculating yeast to obtain distiller's grains; a step of adding enzyme and Artemisia princeps var. orientalis; a step of fermenting for two days; a step of adding enzyme and fermenting for seven days; and a step of filtering and sterilizing.
