The present invention provides a method for producing an antibiotic marker-free herbicide complex resistant soybean plant using a plant expression vector containing a herbicide resistant bar gene and a CP4 - EPPS gene and not including an antibiotic marker gene, and prepared by the method. The soybean plants of the present invention have complex resistance to two non-selective herbicides, so that weed control effects can be improved, soybean productivity is increased, and antibiotic marker-free does not cause antibiotic resistance diffusion problems. When mixed with non-selective herbicides of eggplant, a synergistic herbicidal effect is shown, which can lower the final amount of treatment (herbicide input), thereby reducing the environmental burden. |
