The present invention relates to a composition for a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprising an acrylic copolymer, a thermosetting agent and a photoinitiator, wherein the composition has a lower surface energy than a die-bonding adhesive film after photocuring, and a difference in surface energy before and after UV curing.
