titleOfInvention Microbial Detection Sensor Using Carbon Nanotube Transistor Array and Microbial Detection Method Using the Same
abstract The present invention is a carbon nanotube transistor array including a channel region consisting of a metal source electrode, a metal drain electrode, a gate and carbon nanotubes, and adsorption reforming on the surface of the carbon nanotubes constituting the channel region of the carbon nanotube transistor array. It relates to a microbe detection sensor using a carbon nanotube transistor array, characterized in that the aptamer (aptamer) to specifically bind to the microorganism, and a fixed material for fixing the aptamer to the carbon nanotubes.n n n This makes it easy to estimate the presence and concentration of E. coli in the sample within 20 minutes. This process can be used as a means of simply finding microorganisms in applications such as water quality, food, and the environment, because no complicated experimental equipment, facilities or conditions for cultivation are needed.
