titleOfInvention Aptamer electrochemical sensor for detecting enteropathogenic escherichia coli and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a nucleic acid aptamer electrochemical sensor for detecting enteropathogenic escherichia coli, which comprises a capture probe and a signal probe, wherein the capture probe is connected to the surface of a gold electrode through an S-Au bond, and the signal probe is hybridized with the capture probe to form a double chain; the invention also provides a preparation method and application of the sensor. The aptamer electrochemical sensor provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for detecting enteropathogenic escherichia coli, and compared with the existing detection method, the sensor for detecting the enteropathogenic escherichia coli has the advantages of less time consumption and more convenient operation.
