The present invention relates to a functional food ingredient that replaces sugars based on 1/1 weight and / or volume in food recipes comprising sucrose in terms of a significant amount of calorie reduction. Because it has any health promoting effect, it is considered a functional ingredient, not just a simple ingredient.
