titleOfInvention Photocurable resin composition and curing method having excellent weatherability and cured product properties
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a photocurable resin composition and a curing method having both excellent weatherability and cured product properties. The photocurable resin composition comprising a prepolymer, a monomer, a photoinitiator, and a light stabilizer as essential components includes at least one acrylic group and an epoxy group. 30 to 66.9 weight% of prepolymer having 30 to 70 weight% of monomer or vinyl ether monomer having at least one acrylic group, free radical photoinitiator, cationic photoinitiator and mixtures thereof 3 to 8% by weight of at least one photoinitiator having an area, 0.1 to 2% by weight of an ultraviolet absorber or a hindered amine-based light stabilizer, and is cured using an LED lamp generating a light source having a wavelength of 380 to 480 nm. The photocurable resin composition and said composition excellent in weatherability and hardened | cured material property simultaneously The 380 to process for preparing a cured product by treatment with an LED lamp for generating the light of 480nm wavelength is provided.n n n The photocurable resin composition according to the present invention is not only excellent in weatherability and cured property, but also photocured by using LED, and thus does not generate harmful ultraviolet rays and ozone to the human body, is high in energy efficiency, environmentally friendly, and does not reduce output due to lamp use. Therefore, a stable quality can be obtained compared to the conventional UV lamp.
