titleOfInvention | High weatherability photocurable hard coating resin composition containing ultraviolet absorber and photocuring method of the composition |
abstract | The present invention relates to a photocurable hard coating composition having a superior weather resistance and cured product properties and a curing improvement method. More specifically, 30 to 60% by weight of a prepolymer having at least one acrylic group, 30 to 60% by weight of an acrylic monomer or vinyl ether monomer having at least one acrylic group and at least two free radical photoinitiators having an absorption region having a wavelength of 300 to 400 nm. The invention relates to a highly weatherable photocurable hard coating resin composition, characterized in that it comprises 0.1 to 2% by weight of a light stabilizer mixture of ~ 10% by weight, an ultraviolet absorber and a hindered amine light stabilizer. Through the photocurable coating composition comprising the light stabilizer and the long wavelength photoinitiator of the present invention, it is possible to produce a photocurable coating having excellent weatherability and cured product properties. In addition, photocuring using a high-pressure mercury lamp according to the present invention is an environmentally friendly technology of the photocurable coating.n n n Weatherability, Cured Product, Photo Curing Hard Coating, Photo Initiator, UV Light, Light Stabilizer |
