abstract |
The present invention is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet used when processing a product such as a semiconductor wafer, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet and the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet capable of reducing the warpage of the product due to residual stress without contaminating or damaging the semiconductor wafer or the like during processing. In order to provide a multi-layered sheet for use in, the multi-layered sheet is composed of a composite film containing a urethane polymer and a vinyl polymer as an active ingredient and a first film made of a material different from the composite film, and the urethane polymer is a polyolefin. It is formed using a diol and a polyisocyanate. An adhesive sheet is obtained by having an adhesive layer on at least one surface of the said multilayer sheet. |
