abstract The present invention relates to a digital X-ray image detector using a plasma display panel (hereinafter referred to as PDP) structure, and more particularly, to an X-ray image detector, which is ionized in response to radiation transmitted through a human body. Consisting of a mixed gas, a fluorescent layer for generating light in response to radiation, a photocathode layer for generating electrons by light generated by the fluorescent layer, and a partition wall defining pixels while preventing cross talk between pixels. A digital X-ray image detector is featured.n n n Accordingly, by adding a few simple processes to the existing PDP fabrication process, there is an advantage in that the X-ray can be detected and a large area digital X-ray detection substrate is provided.
