titleOfInvention Korean traditional soy sauces fortified with vitamin D and preparation thereof
abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to vitamin D fortified berries and methods for preparing the same, and relates to enteric fortified vitamin D fortified, optionally to calcium fortified enteric products. The intestines are selected from mushrooms having a high content of provitamin D among mushrooms that can be used for food and medicinal purposes, and the mushroom material is treated with natural sunlight or UV to convert provitamin D to activated vitamin D. Prepared by adding aging or UV-treated mushrooms to intestines such as miso, red pepper paste, and soy sauce. In addition, natural calcium agent may be further added for the purpose of reinforcing calcium.n n n Enteric foods prepared according to the present invention, including activated vitamin D and / or calcium, can meet the required amount of nutrients only by ingesting normal foods and can promote bone development. In addition, since the mushroom's various functionalities can be added to improve the taste and quality of the fungus, the pharmacological, functional and symbolic properties are much better than the conventional products.
