abstract The present invention relates to a novel polyamideimide having a head-tail structure, and more particularly, a monomer having an imide group prepared by reacting an amine compound with an acid compound, and containing two or more amine and acid groups simultaneously. It was prepared by polymerizing by direct polymerization in the presence of dehydration catalyst using the above mixture, and the following formula 1 is repeated unit and the head-tail structure is arranged regularly so that it is excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical property and processability. And a novel polyamideimide which also has good gas permeability and selectivity.n n n n n n n n n n In Formula 1: Ar 1 and Ar 2 are as defined in the detailed description of the invention, respectively.
