titleOfInvention | Continuous alcohol decomposition recovery method of waste polyester |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for recovering waste polyester material, and more particularly to a method for producing dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) by recovering waste polyester through a chemical method, and belongs to the field of waste polyester recovery and utilization technology. The continuous feeding and continuous alcohol decomposition method is used to ensure homogeneous alcohol decomposition while the material is in a molten state, so that the required alcohol decomposition time is short, and two or more alcohol decomposition pots are connected in series to perform continuous alcohol decomposition, so that the alcohol decomposition product product quality is stable. In addition, by optimizing the amount of EG used in the alcohol decomposition process, after the alcohol decomposition step is completed, the alcohol decomposition product directly enters the transesterification kettle to perform the transesterification reaction without distillation concentration, so that a pure DMT product can be produced. |
