The present invention is an ink composition for forming a color-changing layer that changes color by plasma treatment, wherein gasification of the color-changing layer or scattering in the form of fine debris by plasma treatment is suppressed to the extent that it does not affect electronic device characteristics, and heat resistance is improved. A preferred plasma treatment detection ink composition is provided. Specifically, the present invention is an ink composition for forming a discoloration layer that changes color by plasma treatment, and a metal containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mo, W, Sn, V, Ce, Te, and Bi. A plasma treatment detection ink composition characterized by containing oxide particles and a binder resin is provided. |
